Water carries the heart of Wisp’s ritual. Cool against the fingers, moving from one hand to the other through visualisation, it gives restless thoughts something physical to move through.

Lavender comes afterwards, beside Wisp as you settle for the night. Together, these simple elements turn the ritual into a moment of attention rather than an attempt to force the mind into silence.

Wisp’s cream body and deep blue, violet-toned finish varies naturally from one piece to the next. Drips, transitions in colour, fine surface marks and occasional tiny air bubbles will differ between individual Wisps.

Rather than being corrected into uniformity, these details are allowed to remain as part of its handmade character.

No two Wisps will carry exactly the same pattern.

Wisp is made in small batches and carefully prepared for delivery.

Haunts are currently available for delivery to England, Scotland and Wales.

A Quiet Arrival

Your Wisp will arrive carefully wrapped and protected for its journey to you.

Before releasing your Haunt from its wrapping, return to its ritual and gather what you will need. A bowl of water, a little lavender and somewhere quiet are enough.

Unwrap Wisp when the moment feels right, give it a place beside you and allow everything else to become quiet for a while.

Water represents movement and release within Wisp’s ritual. As your fingers touch the water, you visualise what you no longer wish to carry moving through you and towards the Haunt. The water is later returned outside to the earth, marking the end of that release.

Lavender belongs to the quieter part of the ritual. A sprig is placed beside Wisp near your pillow, using scent as a simple sensory marker for stillness, rest and the close of the ritual.

Begin with a bowl of water. Dip the fingers of one hand into it while holding Wisp in the other, then visualise what has been occupying your mind moving from the water, along your arm and across your chest towards the Haunt.

When you are ready, take the water outside and return it to the earth. Place Wisp beside your pillow with a sprig of lavender to complete the ritual.
