FIND YOUR SHADOW
What Are You Ready to Leave Behind?
Some things are harder to put down than others. Discover the Shadow Haunt whose purpose speaks to what you have carried, and what you feel ready to release.

THE ART OF RELEASE
What Is a Shadow Haunt?
A Shadow Haunt gives form to something you no longer want to carry in quite the same way. It might be grief left unspoken, a thought that keeps returning, regret tied to the past, or something whose hold has lasted too long.
Each Shadow Haunt explores a different side of letting go. Requiem centres on sorrow and grief, Wisp on anxiety and unease, Absolution on guilt and regret, and Severance on fear. What draws you to one may be deeply personal, whether connected to a particular moment or something carried for much longer.
Every Shadow Haunt has its own ritual, turning that feeling into a symbolic act of release. It isn’t about erasing a memory or pretending something never happened. Instead, it creates a moment to acknowledge what you have carried, give meaning to letting go and mark your decision to loosen its hold.
CHOOSE WHAT TO RELEASE
Which Shadow Haunt Calls to You?
Not everything we carry has the same weight. The Shadow Haunts each give a different feeling somewhere to be acknowledged before it is released. You may already know what you need, or find yourself drawn to the one that speaks to something you have struggled to put down.
WORKING WITH SHADOW
A Ritual for Letting Go
The ritual belonging to each Shadow Haunt begins by giving something difficult a moment of recognition. Whether that is sorrow, anxiety, guilt or fear, the purpose is to bring what you have been carrying into focus before symbolically beginning to loosen its hold.
Depending on the Haunt, you may be invited to write something down, speak words aloud or use a simple object as part of the ritual. There is no perfect way to perform it. What matters is creating a deliberate moment to acknowledge the feeling, decide what you are ready to release and mark that choice in a way that feels personal.
Afterwards, the Haunt becomes a reminder not of what you carried, but of the moment you chose to begin putting some of that weight down.
A GIFT WITH UNDERSTANDING
When Someone Is Carrying Something Heavy
A Shadow Haunt can be a deeply personal gift for someone whose experience you understand. Rather than trying to fix what they are going through, it offers a small, symbolic way to recognise it and remind them that they do not have to carry everything in quite the same way forever.
Requiem may resonate with someone living with sorrow or grief, Wisp with someone experiencing anxiety or persistent worry, Absolution with someone struggling to forgive themselves, and Severance with someone trying to move beyond a fear that has held them back.
